A range of Hattersley valves have been specified and installed at multiple Qatar’s New World Cup stadiums.
Amongst the new build venues is the Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor. The 60,000 seat arena will host the 2022 FIFA World Cup opening match and includes luxurious hotel rooms with views of the football pitch.
The striking tent structure was inspired by the bayt al sha’ar of Qatar’s nomadic people.
Hattersley’s large diameter butterfly valves, check valves and strainers were used for the district cooling plant.
