The Hong Kong Airlines Aviation Training Centre has successfully fulfilled the construction requirements set out in the Buildings Ordinance and granted an Occupation Permit (OP) issued by the Building Authority of Hong Kong on 12 February 2019

Hattersley valves were installed as part of the chilled water system for Hong Kong Airlines’ state-of-the-art training facility which is is an 11-storey building covering an area of 5,858 square meters.

The OP serves as an important development for Hong Kong Airlines’ new aviation training facility, which is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2019.

The facility is located at 28, Kwo Lo Wan Road at Chek Lap Kok. Construction began in March 2016, following a ground-breaking ceremony officiated by representatives from the Hong Kong government and airport community.
